We have moved our Havens meetings to Avenue Baptist Church Primary Hall in Milton Road (cricketers pub road) Westcliff. It will now be on 1st Thursday every month from 1pm to 3pm and we will have our own refreshments and a free raffle each meeting,

Most meetings we have Karen our Hypnotherapist who can help you deal with stress and anxiety. we have a meditation session at the end of the meeting should you want to take part.
Plus, Sally our counsellor who is happy to do one to one chats within the group
